The challenge Ahead
The purpose of this role is support team focused on the implementation and sustaining of BHP Operating System (BOS) bringing coaching, training and deliverables in VP Projects MinAm, to seek opportunities for value creation and preservation by setting program-wide strategies for standardization, replication of best practices and continuous improvement. Coaches and develops team leaders / teams to deliver high performance and improve their process.
- Support team focused on implementation of BOS and other regional/general initiative




- Coach and develop the VP Projects team to deliver high performance results through the BHP Operating System.
- Support the implementation and best practices of the routines aligned with BOS.
- Maintain close interaction with key stakeholders from VP Projects, Asset, Functions, PCoE and BCoE to:
- Ensure progress of the 14 practices of BOS in VP Projects,
- Translate regional and global strategy into operational plans for the team.
- Capture feedback, understand voice of the customer, and identify improvement opportunities to ensure excellence in the service delivered. Confirm that team efforts are aligned to customer priorities.
- Capture good practices, and opportunities for replication and knowledge sharing, aligned with the Projects One Team approach.
- Conduct presentations and facilitates workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience.
