•Realizar mantenimiento de rutina y reparaciones en sistemas de edificios incluyendo componentes de plomería, electricidad y HVAC
•Completar trabajos de carpintería, pintura y mejoras generales del edificio según sea necesario
•Responder a órdenes de trabajo de inquilinos y solicitudes de mantenimiento de manera oportuna
•Realizar mantenimiento preventivo en equipos, instalaciones e infraestructura del edificio
•Instalar y reparar puertas, ventanas, cerraduras y otros herrajes del edificio
•Mantener áreas exteriores incluyendo apoyo de jardinería, estacionamientos y terrenos del edificio
•Documentar trabajo completado, ordenar suministros necesarios y coordinar con proveedores para reparaciones especializadas entre otras tareas afines a la posición.
