Build competitive advantage for Nuvoco by introducing sales strategies, continuous monitoring of key performance indicators and identifying areas to improve performance, leverage market opportunities

Analyse and report on market trends and competitor activity to assist in business decisions and sales strategies

Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of sales Excellence initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve goals

Working with functional teams to define project goals, develop project plans and resources, track project progress

Ensure the right management rhythm is in place to maximize the effectiveness of the function, working with Head of function and his DRs.
