What You'll Do

Maintain and update tracking logs for contracts, funding allocations, Potential Change Orders (PCOs), and Change Orders (COs). Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely submission of invoices and payment applications. Participate in project budget and cost review meetings to capture and document project risks and issues. Prepare weekly and monthly status reports covering contracts, budget changes, risks, invoices, and project controls activities.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in project controls, cost engineering support, contract administration, project administration, finance, procurement, or a related field. Experience supporting large capital projects, construction, engineering, infrastructure, mining, energy, or industrial projects is highly preferred. Experience with contract management, invoice processing, budgeting, and reporting activities.
