5G Engineer at BairesDev
As a 5G Engineer, you will develop and operate next-generation network infrastructure. You will ensure high-performance connectivity by managing radio access networks and core network functions based on 3GPP standards.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement 5G NR and LTE radio access network (RAN) solutions to meet coverage and capacity requirements.
- Manage and optimize core network functions to ensure seamless end-to-end connectivity and service delivery.
- Ensure all deployments and configurations adhere to 3GPP standard implementations and industry best practices.
- Perform network troubleshooting and performance tuning to maintain high reliability and low latency across the 5G ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new telecom features and services into the existing infrastructure.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Telecom Engineering, Network Engineering, or Wireless Communications.
- Proven expertise in developing or operating 5G network infrastructure and radio access networks (RAN).
- Deep understanding of 5G NR, LTE technologies, and 3GPP standard implementations.
- Hands-on experience with core network functions and cellular network architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
