We are expanding our general team and are seeking a proactive Recruiter to help identify and engage qualified people for open positions within the Company.Role OverviewAs a Recruiter, you will support the Company's hiring process by sourcing prospective employees, presenting relevant job opportunities accurately, conducting first-stage interviews, and coordinating qualified candidates with hiring managers.
You must develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of Assetara, its products, business model, corporate values, and approved recruitment materials before representing the Company to candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing: Search for and engage potential employees through professional networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels.Candidate Communication: Contact candidates professionally, explain relevant job opportunities using approved information, and answer general recruitment questions.Company Knowledge: Complete onboarding and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assetara's business,



products, values, recruitment standards, and approved communications.Video Interviews: Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage video meetings per working day with potential employees via Zoom or Google Meet, subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.Screening & Coordination: Assess experience, communication skills, motivation, and role fit; refer suitable candidates to the relevant hiring manager or next interview stage.Recruitment Records: Keep candidate information and interview feedback accurate in the Company's approved tracking tools or CRM, in line with privacy requirements.RequirementsExperience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, sales, customer communication, or talent acquisition is an advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to candidate experience.Ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, job boards, and basic spreadsheets or CRM tools.Working English for internal communication and recruitment materials; additional languages are an advantage.Ability to learn Company information thoroughly and communicate it accurately and responsibly.What We OfferRemote work and a global professional environment.Onboarding materials and support to build knowledge of the Company and available roles.Opportunity to contribute to international team growth.Clear recruitment processes and professional development support.
