Job Description, Responsibilities And Duties
Monitoring and analyzing customer complaints + defining measures to resolve them.
Quality support for process and product development, assessing high-risk manufacturing processes, creating and updating quality management documentation.
Resolving complaints and quality issues in the manufacturing process.
Analyzing KPIs, reporting.
Measuring parts using assigned measuring instruments, handling materials.
Conducting FMEA analyses.
Collaborating on quality improvement, 5S.
Introduction of new products.
Collaborating with the Production, Purchasing, Engineering, R&D;, and Planning departments.
Coordination, reporting, participation in internal and external audits, participation in Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI) meetings, business trips, and assistance with inventory counts.
Proposing improvements to processes and work procedures.
