We're looking for a versatile Software Engineer to join our Santiago team, helping build tools that make next‐gen robotics systems debuggable, understandable, and reliable.

What You'll Do
Build visualizations, dashboards, and plugins that expose what robots are doing and why
Design backend services and data flows to handle high‐rate telemetry
Collaborate with US‐based engineering teams solving real‐world autonomy problems
Learn new domains like robotics, AI, cloud systems, and infrastructure
Be part of a mentorship‐focused pod that values learning and coaching
What We're Looking For
Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with US‐based teams.
4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, system design).
Experience building and operating backend systems — you've designed APIs, worked with cloud infrastructure,



and built services that are performant, reliable, and maintainable.
Comfort working across the stack — you can build applications end‐to‐end, and you're productive in TypeScript, even if it's not your primary language.
Track record of owning projects from initial design through implementation, launch, and ongoing support.
Pragmatic and product‐minded — you care about solving real problems with clean, well‐engineered solutions.
