Senior Platform Architect at BairesDev
As a Senior Platform Architect, you will provide technical leadership and design scalable, secure cloud infrastructure to support engineering operations. You will act as a key driving force to align technical architecture with strategic business goals, mentoring teams and establishing best-in-class deployment practices.
What You'll Do
- Lead the architectural design and evolution of enterprise-scale cloud and platform infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and driving alignment across stakeholders.
- Design and advocate for robust infrastructure-as-code practices to automate environment provisioning.
- Establish scalable container orchestration strategies to ensure high availability and resource optimization.
- Drive continuous integration and automated delivery pipelines to streamline software deployment lifecycles.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Platform Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in technical leadership, architecture design, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and modern deployment practices.
- Exceptional skills in mentoring engineering teams and achieving stakeholder alignment.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
