Checkr is hiring a Software Engineer Tech Lead for the Screenings Platform team in Santiago, Chile. You will drive the technical architecture of complex, multi-system workflows and set the bar for how screening products interact with data collection systems.
You will own end-to-end development from ideation to release, mentor engineers, collaborate with design, product, and data teams, and ensure scalable, reliable services across Checkr’s screening portfolio.
