- The VP, Repairs Product Group is accountable for Metso’s integral Repairs business including P&L;, strategy, investments, offering portfolio, customer experience, and service center operational excellence.
- You will lead and develop a professional product group team to profitably grow the repairs business and ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality service center operations worldwide.
- You will develop and manage the Repairs product portfolio and go‑to‑market activities, including offering development, pricing, sales support, and technical knowledge management in collaboration with product engineering teams.
- The role requires a minimum of 7–10 years of business leadership experience, preferably in the Mining or Aggregates industries, strong commercial and financial acumen, proven strategy and operations experience, and is preferably based in Finland, Sweden, Chile, Australia, or Brazil.
