What You'll Do
Make adjustments to operational plans based on real-time variables such as absenteeism and sales deviations. Collaborate with the Flow Master Planner to analyze operational levers that maximize performance. Complete shift reports highlighting key events and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Planning and Logistics, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Ability to identify and communicate risks and opportunities for improvement.
