ServiceNow Product Manager at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own product management for the ServiceNow platform, translating stakeholder requests into scalable, well-architected solutions. Managing the backlog, sprint planning, and roadmap execution, you'll ensure the platform evolves to meet real business needs. What You'll Do




- Manage ServiceNow product initiatives, translating stakeholder requests into scalable platform solutions.
- Own backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and roadmap execution.
- Coordinate QA and UAT to ensure quality delivery of platform enhancements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and communicate with executive stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Strong platform experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM and product management responsibilities.
- Proven ability to translate stakeholder requests into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules, including Employee Center Pro and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and requirements facilitation skills.
