Responsable de impulsar el crecimiento del negocio mediante la identificación, desarrollo y conversión de oportunidades comerciales, promoviendo la adopción de las terapias de diabetes de Medtronic. Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con profesionales de la salud y equipos multidisciplinarios para generar demanda, fortalecer las relaciones con clientes y garantizar una experiencia de alto valor para pacientes y usuarios. La posición estará ubicada en Santiago de Chile bajo un modelo de trabajo híbrido.

Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras tareas:

- Gestionar y desarrollar comercialmente las cuentas y centros de salud de su territorio
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollar nuevos clientes y pacientes
- Realizar seguimiento de ventas, proyecciones y objetivos comerciales de la zona
- Desarrollar relaciones de largo plazo con profesionales de la salud y principales stakeholders
- Brindar educación y soporte en las terapias y tecnologías de diabetes a profesionales de la salud y pacientes
- Trabajar coordinadamente con el equipo clínico, marketing y otras áreas relacionadas
- Planificar y gestionar de manera autónoma las actividades y prioridades de un territorio geográficamente extenso

Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos:

- Profesional en Enfermería, Nutrición u otra carrera afín. También se considerarán profesionales con experiencia en visita médica y dispositivos médicos
- Experiencia en diabetes altamente valorada
- Experiencia comercial,



idealmente en dispositivos médicos, industria farmacéutica o tecnologías de salud
- Manejo de Excel, PowerPoint y herramientas CRM/Salesforce
- Inglés básico-intermedio, con capacidad de comprensión de literatura científica y documentación técnica
- Disponibilidad para realizar viajes al norte de Chile
