About the Role

On behalf of Huawei Technologies , a leading integral ICT company, we are looking for an IP Network Product Manager – Presales to join our team in Santiago, Chile.

This role combines technical expertise in IP networking with customer-facing and commercial responsibilities . The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding enterprise customers’ business and technical requirements, designing tailored IP network solutions, and supporting the sales process from technical proposal through customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into effective IP network solutions .
- Design and define the technical architecture, products, configurations, and specifications required to meet customer needs.
- Provide technical presales support throughout the sales cycle, including solution proposals, quotations, RFPs/tenders, technical presentations, and customer workshops.
- Present Huawei IP products and solutions to customers, clearly communicating their technical and business value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, identifying their needs, challenges, and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Solution, Engineering, and other internal teams to develop competitive and technically feasible proposals.
- Stay up to date with IP networking technologies,



market trends, and competitive solutions to identify opportunities and strengthen Huawei's position in the market.
- Support the development of new business opportunities by combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of customer and commercial requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, ICT, or a related field .
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IP networking , preferably in presales, solution sales, or technical consulting roles within the enterprise segment.
- Strong knowledge of IP network solutions , including routing, switching, and enterprise networking technologies.
- Experience designing technical solutions and preparing customer-facing proposals and presentations.
- Proven ability to interact directly with customers and understand both technical and commercial requirements .
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience with Huawei, Cisco, or other major networking vendors is a plus.
- Relevant IP networking certifications such as HCIE, CCIE, or equivalent are a plus.
