Consultores de Empresas is looking for a Commercial Architect based in Latin America to join a U.S.-based architecture studio focused on high-end commercial projects throughout the United States.

The adecuado candidate will support the design and production process, translating design concepts into accurate, detailed, and buildable architectural documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed architectural models and documentation using Revit.
- Support the production of construction documents, including drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Translate design concepts into accurate and buildable architectural documentation.
- Work on high-end commercial projects throughout different stages of the design and documentation process.
- Coordinate architectural information with other disciplines and project teams.
- Review drawings and models to identify inconsistencies, errors, and coordination issues.
- Incorporate design changes and client feedback into drawings and models.
- Maintain organized and accurate project files following the studio’s standards.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based architects, designers, and project teams.
- Use additional design and documentation software as required by the project.
- Follow project deadlines, documentation standards, and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional education.
- 5+ years of professional experience in architecture.
- 4+ years of previous experience working directly with U.S.-based architecture firms.




- Previous experience working on high-end commercial or retail projects located in the United States is required.
- Strong experience with Revit, particularly for architectural production and documentation.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and design development.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work with a U.S.-based team and schedule.
- Experience with BIM and cloud-based collaboration platforms, such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Based in Latin America and available to work remotely.
