Principales responsabilidades
- Monitorear y mantener la operación de la infraestructura y servicios TI, asegurando que los equipos, sistemas y software se encuentren correctamente configurados, operativos y alineados con los requerimientos del negocio.
- Gestionar y resolver incidentes, solicitudes y problemas técnicos, identificando causas raíz, aplicando soluciones efectivas, escalando cuando corresponda y garantizando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA).
- Brindar soporte y atención a usuarios y stakeholders, manteniendo una comunicación oportuna sobre el estado de los requerimientos, colaborando con equipos internos y externos, y asegurando la correcta documentación y actualización de los casos gestionados.
Requisitos excluyentes
- Estudios profesionales en Informática, Computación o afines.
- Entre 2 a 3 años de experiencia, como mínimo, en roles o tareas similares.
- Experiencia en diagnóstico y resolución de problemas, en un rol de soporte técnico TI.
- Experiencia con diversas tecnologías, por ejemplo: Secure Print, MS Azure, tecnologías de salas de reuniones, Microsoft 365, entre otros.
- Nivel de inglés conversacional intermedio - avanzado (será evaluado).
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Chile.
Requisitos deseables
- Certificación ITIL v4, vigente.
- Certificación CompTIA A+, vigente.
- Licencia de conducir clase B, vigente.
