The technical specialist provides any end user project support, project configuration, or special project modifications required.Provide technical configuration project and/or office support for the MasterPlantTM technology in conjunction with the office Automation ManagerMay manage the department as well as develop and manage the office's Project Automation Specialists (PAS)Contribute to, promote, and ensure effective knowledge sharing behaviors in the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communitiesProvide direction and guidance for Project Automation Specialists providing configuration and office support for the MasterPlantTM technologyWork with the Project Information Manager (PIM) to analyze any technical implementation or configuration issues for the MasterPlantTM technologyAnalyze and evaluate the MasterPlantTM technology support and implementation requirementsOther duties as assignedBasic Job RequirementsAccredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12)
