The Finance and Operations Specialist support the Chile branch by primarily executing day to day finance activities, while also providing general operational and Human Resources (HR) support. The role ensures compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of tasks, working closely with centralized Finance and, HR teams as well as the Company’s Chile based external advisors.
This role acts as the in country execution lead for day-to-day Finance and HR operational processes, working under established delegations of authority and approval controls.
Finance Operations (Primary Focus)
- Manage accounts payable end-to-end, including invoice intake, coding, entry intothe ERP - Microsoft DynamicsBusinessCentral365 (Dynamics365), and vendor payment processing.
- Maintain accounts receivable processes,



including issuing customer invoicesinDynamics365andServicio deImpuestosInternos(SII), tracking collections, and following up on outstanding balances.
- EnsureaccurateandtimelySII invoicing and statutory document management, including compliance with local electronic invoicing requirements.
- Support expense controls and local procurement processes, ensuringappropriate approvalsand documentation aremaintained.
- Execute treasury activities, including preparing payment runs, managing local bank accounts,monitoringcash balances, and coordinating withWencoCanada(WHQ)for funding requirements.
- Coordinatemonthlypayroll inputs and validation with WHQ Payrollteamand external providers, ensuring accuracy of employee data, timesheets, and supporting documentation.
