Fluence is seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager, LATAM, based in Santiago, Chile. You will lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ/ITB responses, coordinate across Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain, and develop bilingual proposal content in Spanish and English.
This role drives win rates through structured deal execution and continuous improvement of proposal processes. You will manage multi-stakeholder bids, maintain content libraries, and support regional HQ initiatives while aligning with Fluence
