Senior Principal (Cluster Lead), Services Business Development
Overview
The Senior Principal (Cluster Lead) is responsible to lead the Services Business Development function across the CHIPABOL Cluster (Chile, Paraguay and Bolivia). This role is responsible for driving the strategy, structuring and closing Services opportunities, identifying and developing new business with clients and emerging segments, enabling market wide initiatives, and consolidating pipeline management at the cluster level. Additionally, the position will oversee the Services P&L; for the cluster.




The successful candidate will cultivate long term client relationships focused on value creation, generate recurring and scalable revenue streams, and meaningfully contribute to Mastercard’s growth agenda. We are looking for a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and analytically driven leader with strong business acumen, deep knowledge of the payments and cybersecurity landscape, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Services across the CHIPABOL Cluster, driving scalable business development with a strong client facing presence.
• Coordinate closely with Services Product and Delivery teams to ensure seamless go to market execution.
• Provide strategic input to inform long term growth initiatives and scale the Services business across the cluster.
