In this role, you will define and execute the commercial strategy, strengthen executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners, and build a high-performing sales organization aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the commercial and sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Set short-, medium-, and long-term sales goals and ensure disciplined execution through sales planning.
- Own the commercial budget, sales forecast, S&OP; process, and resource allocation.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, market share, productivity, forecast accuracy, and customer satisfaction to guide decisions.
- Develop new business opportunities, strategic accounts, market segments, and sales channels.




- Build executive-level relationships with key customers, partners, suppliers, government entities, and Epiroc general stakeholders.
- Lead strategic negotiations, major tenders, and high-value commercial agreements.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Service to deliver an integrated customer value proposition.
- Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing commercial team through performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, legal requirements, and corporate governance.
- Promote continuous improvement in sales processes, CRM utilization, commercial methodologies, and organizational effectiveness.
