product suite from a legacy monolith toward cloud-native microservices, while

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who can lead that journey at the
team level: someone who is equally at home in a code review and a career
conversation, who can grow first-time Team Leads and raise the bar on delivery.
This is a player-coach role. You will manage a portfolio of 2-4 internal and
client-facing projects and their associated teams, contribute meaningfully to
architecture and engineering practice, and be accountable for the health, growth
and output of your teams, all while keeping one eye on the long-term
modernization roadmap and another on the clients counting on you.
