We are looking for someone to join our team of professionals that supports the Index Development & Operations team of a top global investment bank, with a special focus on Derivatives. The ideal candidate will join our Chile-based team, working collaboratively with our colleagues in India and with the client across its integral locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the platform for index production.
- Translate index methodologies and rulebooks into automated calculation logic and production-ready workflow
- Manage day-to-day index maintenance activities, investigate operational issues, and ensure timely resolution and client delivery.
- Produce and deliver monthly performance reports.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure the accuracy of inputs used for index calculations.
- Collaborate with technology, data, and operations teams to improve the efficiency and accuracy of index calculations.
- Implement continuous improvements in processes and tools used for index production.

Core Competencies
- Knowledge of capital markets asset classes,



particularly in listed and OTC derivatives, including options.
- Strong accuracy in data handling, coding, and documentation.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting to evolving technologies and business needs.

Required Qualifications
- Over three years of experience working with Python and data manipulation in a quantitative or analytical environm
