QA Analyst

The QA Analyst will work remotely full time in Chile, reporting to the Quality Assurance Associate Director based out of Colombia.

Compensation // $2,500,000 to $3,350,000 CLP monthly (gross, before taxes)

About the role //

We're looking for a talented QA Analyst for our Rights squad who is passionate about delivering high-quality, reliable products that empower and delight our clients. In this role, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other QA Analysts to test and validate features, reproduce bugs,



and continuously improve the user experience. This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role that directly impacts how artists and labels distribute their music globally.

What you can expect to do //

Collaborate with Product Managers to refine and verify user stories
Design and execute detailed test plans for new and existing features
Become the expert on Symphonic’s content and catalog management systems, including ingestion, publishing, licensing, rights, and metadata workflows for assets like sound recordings, music videos, and compositions.
Reproduce reported issues and file clear, actionable bug reports
Communicate effectively with developers, stakeholders, and other squads
Participate in daily standups and ongoing team planning sessions
Contribute ideas to improve QA processes, tools, and documentation
Help track and report on defect trends and quality metrics
