At Randstad Chile, we are looking for a Bilingual IT Support Specialist for our client in the technology sector. This is an on-site position located in Quilicura.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for technical user support, local network configuration, and IT security, collaborating remotely with the IT team in Italy.

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support to local users (hardware, software, accounts, and corporate applications).
- Configure, monitor, and maintain local networks and VPN connections.
- Ensure IT security by implementing the group's cybersecurity policies and systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team in Italy, reporting issues and proposing technical solutions.




- Travel to branch offices for on-site technical interventions or to other LATAM group locations.

Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, help desk, or network administration roles.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Business Central (BC) ERP (Mandatory).
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, LAN/WAN networks, IT security tools, and Microsoft 365.
- Advanced English (C1 level) with strong communication skills (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with VPN connections (Mandatory).
- Experience in L1 and L2 Technical Support (Mandatory).
