Job Overview

We're looking for a results driven Sales & Partnerships Executive to own revenue growth across both of TourismTiger's core offerings, website design and digital marketing services, for tour and activity operators. This role runs the full sales process for both products and builds strategic partner relationships that expand our pipeline.

Responsibilities

Sales
- Present, promote and sell both website packages and digital marketing services to prospective and existing customers.
- Manage the full sales funnel end to end, from initial inquiry through discovery, proposal and close, to handoff, across all lead sources.
- Run discovery calls solo by default, with specialist support available for larger or more complex opportunities.
- Send written proposals promptly after discovery calls, and offer a follow up call if requested.
- Perform needs analysis on prospective customers across both product lines.
- Achieve monthly sales targets across combined website and digital marketing revenue.
- Follow up with unresponsive leads.




- Maintain and update the CRM so pipeline visibility is accurate and current for both product lines.
- Hand off closed clients to the delivery team with a clear first 30 day plan.

Partnerships
- Own and grow structured relationships with key industry partners
- Identify and pursue co marketing opportunities with partners, including joint case studies, guest posts, webinars, and content exchanges.
- Host webinars for TourismTiger's audience and partner audiences.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, with travel included.

Marketing
- Contribute to content strategy, bringing sales insight into newsletter and blog planning, and meet regularly to align on campaigns.

Compensation

Base salary of CLP $800,000 after tax, plus a competitive commission structure across combined website and digital marketing sales.

Requirements
- Highly motivated and target driven, with sales experience, ideally across service based offerings.
