About The Role

Principal Strategic Studies
, you will play a key role in shaping the long-term value and growth of the NOJV Asset portfolio. You will provide leadership, governance, and technical stewardship across strategic studies, ensuring opportunities,
development pathways, and investment alternatives are effectively framed, evaluated, and assured.
Acting as a trusted advisor to the Head of Planning & Technical, you will support asset growth, portfolio optimization, investment prioritization, and strategic decision-making. By applying rigorous analysis, decision-quality principles, and value-risk frameworks, you will influence major Joint Venture and shareholder decisions to maximize sustainable long-term value.
This role offers the opportunity to impact a multi-billion-dollar portfolio while supporting responsible resource development, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the Strategic Studies framework across the NOJV Asset, ensuring consistent evaluation of opportunities, development pathways, and investment alternatives aligned with BHP objectives.
