You will work across the Acute Medical OT Team, Frailty, and other rotations, managing your own caseload and delivering evidence-based care to promote safe discharge.The role offers adaptable patterns, weekend engagement, and opportunities to develop additional competencies with Physiotherapy and nursing to support integrated care.
