Skyward is AI-native software for compliance, risk, and audit. We're used mainly by compliance, risk, and audit teams at large companies to scale their programs (e.g., Crime Prevention Models or Infringement Prevention Models), mitigate economic and reputational risks, and gain operational efficiency. We replace spreadsheets and email to reduce the friction of compliance, risk, and audit, and we help keep risk under control so teams can do less and mitigate more.

We're a integral and ambitious team, looking for people who want to build with us the next generation of compliance software.

As the Founding Customer Success hire, you will be Skyward's first person focused on customer success and a central part of how our customers reach their goals with the platform. Your mission is to deeply understand each customer's needs and help them succeed with Skyward—in most cases,



keeping their compliance framework healthy, with clarity, traceability, and control.

It's a broad role, very close to what a Forward Deployed Engineer does: you don't just accompany customers, you also get involved in implementations and get your hands dirty inside the product so every customer reaches value fast. You'll use the platform every day, try new things, and translate the customer's reality into concrete improvements.

Because you live so close to the customer, you'll work side by side with two fronts: sales, understanding which value proposition truly resonates with them; and product, channeling the feedback that makes Skyward better. You'll also work with the founders, with direct contact and a lot of trust. It's a huge opportunity to learn and to leave your mark on how Skyward builds its customer success practice from scratch.
