Position Overview
Insight General's client is seeking a Team Lead, Software Engineering to lead a squad responsible for ERP and accounting platform integrations. This individual will combine hands-on technical leadership with people leadership, guiding a team of engineers through architecture decisions, software delivery, system reliability, and professional development.




The ideal candidate is an experienced engineering leader who enjoys building scalable software solutions, mentoring engineers, and driving technical excellence. This role will work closely with Product Management and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrations and workflows supporting accounting, financial operations, and payment processing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of ERP integration solutions and related financial workflows.
- Design and develop scalable APIs, backend services, and distributed systems that support critical business operations.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, architecture discussions, and incident response activities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of engineering objectives.
