Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer L3 with advanced and exclusive expertise in Zscaler and broad network experience to join our Security Service Edge (SSE) team. This role focuses on delivering and supporting next-generation network security services including Zero Trust Network Access, Secure Web Gateway, and Firewall-as-a-Service.

You will operate within our Chile IT Hub and collaborate globally across multiple regions and time zones, working shifts on a rotating basis. This is a crucial role supporting the transition of infrastructure services in-house, aligned with integral standards.

What Makes You Stand Out?

- Advanced and proven expertise in Zscaler is mandatory and a strict prerequisite for this role.
- Extensive senior-level experience managing complex network infrastructures and multi-vendor environments.
- Deep knowledge of network security, including firewalls (Fortigate, Palo Alto), SD-WAN, LAN/WiFi, and cloud-based network services (AWS & Azure).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Level 3 operations and projects for network and security infrastructure services,



focusing on Zscaler-driven SSE solutions.
- Provide technical leadership during escalations and major incidents, ensuring swift resolution and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with global teams for service standardization, automation, and continuous improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Coach and mentor Level 2 engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and excellence.
- Support ISO 27001 certification activities and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Network Engineering within IT Infrastructure domains.
- Demonstrated advanced expertise with Zscaler Security Service Edge (SSE) solutions is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Strong network expertise including Security Service Edge, firewall technologies, SD-WAN, LAN/WiFi, and network access control.
- Experience with cloud networking on AWS and/or Azure is highly valued.
- ITIL certification or equivalent in service management principles.
- Fluent English (C1 minimum) with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to operate in global, multi-shift environments, managing complex, multi-vendor infrastructures.
