What You'll Do
Lead
AI product implementations
at mining sites, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.
Work closely with
clients and internal teams
to understand operational challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
Take ownership of
client success
, driving renewals and upsell opportunities through continuous collaboration and proactive support.
Train and onboard users
, ensuring they get maximum value from our products.
Be the
key link
between our clients and product teams,
influencing the future of mining technology.
Travel to mine site UP TO 50% of your time every month.
What We're Looking For
Strong
technical knowledge
in mining, processing, or software implementation.
Excellent
communication and project management
skills.
Ability to
build trust with clients
and drive successful technology adoption.
A proactive problem-solver with a passion for
innovation in mining tech

Proficiency in English is a must!
Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time to remote mining sites across Chile and Latin America.
Physical fitness to meet mandatory medical requirements for working at high altitudes and in challenging environments
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
3+ years' experience
in project delivery within the mining industry, ideally
within plant operations
. Experience in implementing SaaS or AI solutions is a bonus.
Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills (English and Spanish are mandatory).
Proactive leadership, decision-making under minimal supervision, and collaborative team spirit.
A sense of ownership and pride in driving results.
