Working GC Model

W-2 employment during initial ramp-up. Focus on hands-on field labor and building local labor pools.

- $40 - $60 / hour (W-2 Billable Field Work)
- "Beat-the-Budget" Cash Efficiency Bonuses

Phase 2: $80k/mo Trigger

Full-Time Executive Conversion

Automatically triggers when San Antonio reaches $80k/month gross revenue.

- $75,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Bonuses ($120k+ OTE)

Who We Are Looking For

- Deep experience in San Antonio residential & commercial remodeling.
- Willingness to act as a "Working Superintendent" performing trades while building crews.
- Established network of trusted local trade partners and sub-contractors.
- Entrepreneurial grit looking for high upside without the solo overhead.

On-Target Earnings $120,000+ $75k Base + Uncapped Efficiency Bonuses
