Ria Money Transfer is seeking a CRM Manager to operate at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution. You will own how our lifecycle engine is built, scaled, and evolved, designing intelligent, self-improving CRM systems with journeys, states, and feedback loops, leveraging AI, automation, and experimentation to drive performance.
You will shape both what gets built and what we learn from it, working across regional and general teams with advanced English communication.
