ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Process Analyst at Integratz, you will join our consulting team, working closely with U.S.-based teams to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of process improvements that strengthen operational efficiency and business performance. Integratz helps B2B distributors gain greater visibility into their data and processes so they can make better, faster decisions.

You will own the relationship with cross-functional stakeholders, apply Flow Engineering concepts, and drive the rollout of scalable, high-impact process changes across the organization, while guiding junior analysts on approach and best practices, in a highly collaborative, multicultural environment.

The work is primarily remote, with occasional in-office presence for team meetings, particularly when colleagues or stakeholders from the U.S. team are visiting. Occasional travel to the United States may be required depending on client and project needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the analysis of current business processes, workflows,



and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and high-impact improvement opportunities.
- Own the development and governance of process documentation, including process maps, value stream maps, outcome and dependency mapping, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Partner directly with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape requirements and resolve complex operational challenges.
- Lead data analysis efforts to support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives at scale.
- Design, prioritize, and drive the implementation of process improvement projects aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Define and monitor KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and guide course corrections.
