About The Role

In this role, you will lead Agile project delivery by coordinating Scrum teams and driving execution across engineering, product, and business functions. You will be responsible for ensuring projects achieve their objectives through effective planning, risk management, performance tracking, and stakeholder alignment. Your impact will be measured by the team's ability to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other team events to maintain delivery momentum and alignment
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to improve execution predictability and business outcomes
- Coordinate initiatives across Engineering, Product, and Business teams to accelerate decision-making, enhance collaboration, and ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and execute mitigation strategies to reduce delivery disruptions
- Track and analyze project and team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making
- Remove delivery impediments by identifying blockers, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and ensuring timely issue resolution
- Communicate project status, milestones, risks,



and challenges to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment
- Drive project execution priorities while ensuring teams remain focused on achieving key objectives and commitments

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Advanced experience with leading Agile teams and driving project delivery initiatives
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of coordinating work across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Skilled in analyzing priorities and making timely decisions in dynamic delivery environments
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams to achieve shared objectives
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability when managing project deliverables and timelines
