Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Chile, with a mix of on-site work and opportunities to work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and strengthening partnerships in the local and regional markets.



Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and onboarding new clients, presenting RADEX MARKETS’ products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and tailored support. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute growth strategies, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to enhance offerings and client experience. The role also involves preparing reports, tracking performance against targets, and ensuring all activities comply with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within FOREX.
Strong understanding of Forex, derivatives, and online trading platforms, with the ability to explain products clearly to clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.
