Position overview:
You’ll be joining a successful team that is growing the businesses in the Region, based on superior reagents and excellence in technical service support. You’ll report to the Regional Sales Manager and be part of the Sales Team. As a key person in this team, you’ll be responsible:
To maintain existing businesses as well as developing new ones, mainly with the biggest Groups/Corporations;
Establish and maintain sustainable customer relationship at all levels of the customer’s organization;
Responsible to lead the definition and implementation of the Sales Account Strategy for the accounts of responsibility and consequently New product introduction and related activities such as lab tests,



plant trial, data analysis and technical report, Technical and Commercial Proposals and Bid Processes;
Manage the business profitability, forecast, new opportunities priorities and market intelligence; all this in coordination with the Regional and General Teams;
Deal with a multidisciplinary team/area (Technical, Supply Chain, Planning, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, etc) inside of Solvay’s organization, which is expected to establish and maintain excellent working relationship;
Comply with internal reporting requirements such as Call Report, Monthly highlight, etc;
