The Role

At Sovos, we're building a workplace where our people can thrive. We're looking for an HR Advisor for Spanish-speaking Latin America who will partner closely with managers and employees to deliver programs and support that make Sovos a great place to work. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping shape employee experience, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure our HR practices are both compliant and people-first.

More Specifically, You Will

Partner with managers to identify and implement initiatives that support employee engagement and strengthen team culture across your region.
Lead the rollout of HR programs including wellness, community investment, engagement events, internships, and rotation programs.
