Service Solution Engineer – Smart PV (Utility & C&I; Solar / BESS – Utility Focus)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with strong experience in Utility-scale and C&I; Solar and BESS projects (mainly Utility scenario) to join our Digital Power team.

The selected candidate will be responsible not only for solution design and technical support, but also for service delivery management, ensuring successful project execution—especially in utility-scale environments and high customer satisfaction.

Work Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the PV market, mainly in Utility & C&I; Solar projects.
- Proven experience in Utility-scale solar projects (highly preferred).
- BESS knowledge and project experience (strong plus).

Skillset
- Strong negotiation skills in complex technical and commercial scenarios.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of Huawei technology (Inverters and BESS).
- Project management skills, especially in Utility-scale projects.




- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Advanced English level (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop PMGD and Utility-scale projects and guide customers on HUAWEI FusionSolar solutions.
- Organize and deliver technical and commercial presentations introducing HUAWEI solutions and value proposition, especially for Utility & C&I; customers.
- Design solar and BESS projects and prepare technical and commercial proposals, mainly for Utility scenarios.
- Participate in market activities to identify and develop new solar opportunities in Utility and C&I; segments.
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights on key trends and new policies affecting Utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
- Ensure effective service delivery, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to guarantee proper project execution, timely implementation, and customer satisfaction throughout the full project lifecycle, particularly
