Job Title: Production Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment . You will work as part of a team to meet production targets and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement .

Key Responsibilities

- Production & Machine Operation: Safely operate production machines and equipment according to established procedures . Perform setup, start-up, and shutdown of equipment, and monitor its operation to ensure smooth production flow .
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality and specification standards . Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or non-conformances to the supervisor .
- Safety & Cleanliness: Strictly adhere to all safety rules and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) . Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in line with workplace organization practices (e.g., 5S) .
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines . Monitor equipment for issues and perform immediate corrective actions when possible, reporting more serious problems to maintenance personnel .




- Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines and move, package, and stage finished products .
- Documentation: Accurately complete production and quality reports, including data entry and inventory records .
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment and communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve day-to-day operational issues and meet production goals .

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Preparatoria Terminada or Carrera Tecnica) .
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is often preferred .
- Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude, ability to use measuring instruments, and a solid understanding of safety and quality procedures .
- Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts (e.g., M-T-N), overtime, and weekends as required .
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift or move materials . Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels .
- Other: Good communication skills, a responsible and punctual attitude, and a commitment to teamwork

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33,786 - $1,236,848 per month
