Job Title: Computer Technician / IT Support Specialist
Reports to: IT Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware, software, and network systems. You will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and that end-users receive timely technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hardware Support: Assemble, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral equipment (printers, scanners).
- Software Support: Install, update, and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and standard office applications.
- Networking: Perform basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and manage routers/switches.
- Help Desk: Respond to user inquiries and service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures and optimize performance.
- Inventory:



Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Data Recovery: Implement backup procedures and assist in data recovery when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent certifications).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in computer hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS; familiarity with antivirus and malware removal tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $49,063 - $3,936,602 per month
