About the Role

Wilsons HC Operations and Business Support is hiring a Supervisor de Flota to join our team in San Bernardo, Región Metropolitana de Santiago.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily fleet operations, vehicle availability, maintenance coordination, driver support, and operational performance across the company’s transport activities.

You will work closely with operations, logistics, maintenance teams, drivers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available, compliant, properly maintained, and used efficiently.

This role is adecuado for someone with experience in fleet operations, transport coordination, logistics, vehicle maintenance, or distribution who is organized, dependable, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle assignments.
- Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, mileage, fuel consumption, and operational status.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with workshops and service providers.
- Review and verify vehicle inspection records, maintenance documentation, fuel records, and operational reports.
- Prepare accurate fleet performance reports and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with drivers, logistics teams, maintenance providers, and internal departments.
- Track maintenance deadlines, vehicle documentation, inspections, permits, and pending operational requirements.
- Identify vehicle downtime, maintenance issues, excessive costs, or operational discrepancies and support timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate fleet information in company systems and records.
- Support monthly fleet reporting, cost reviews, audits,



and operational evaluations when required.
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, transport requirements, and applicable Chilean regulations.
- Recommend practical improvements to fleet utilization, maintenance planning, fuel control, and operating efficiency.
- Monitor service providers and ensure maintenance work is completed according to agreed standards.
- Support driver compliance with company vehicle procedures and reporting requirements.
- Perform other related duties required by the position.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in fleet operations, transport, logistics, distribution, vehicle maintenance coordination, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor de Flota, Coordinador de Flota, Supervisor de Transporte, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance scheduling, transport operations, and operational controls.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using fleet management systems, GPS platforms, ERP systems, transport management software, or maintenance systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles, drivers, suppliers, and operational priorities.




- Ability to meet deadlines and respond effectively to unexpected operational issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate professionally with drivers, technicians, suppliers, and management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Technical or professional studies in Logistics, Transport, Automotive Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in transport, logistics, distribution, industrial services, or field operations.
- Knowledge of GPS fleet monitoring systems, maintenance planning tools, ERP software, and fuel-control processes.
- Experience preparing fleet reports, cost analyses, maintenance schedules, and operational KPIs.
- Experience working with cross-functional operations, logistics, procurement, and maintenance teams.
- Knowledge of vehicle safety requirements and applicable transport regulations in Chile.

Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
