Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat messages.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction; resolve complaints and process orders, returns, or exchanges.
- Product Knowledge: Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication; provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Record Keeping: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Feedback:



Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies; provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Upselling (Optional): Suggest additional products or services that fit the customer's needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Problem Solving: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening; ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent; College degree preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $539,251 - $2,460,450 per month
