About the Role
Nuevo Crecer Community and Operational Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated Analista de Ética y Cumplimiento to join our team in Coyhaique, Región de Aysén.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s ethics, compliance, internal control, and risk-management processes. You will help monitor adherence to internal policies, applicable regulations, codes of conduct, and organizational standards.
You will work closely with operations, administration, human resources, finance, legal support, management, and other internal stakeholders to help identify compliance risks, maintain accurate documentation, and support ethical business practices across the organization.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in compliance, ethics, internal audit, risk management, corporate governance, or internal controls who is organized, dependable, analytical, and comfortable managing sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and monitoring of ethics and compliance policies.
- Review internal procedures and documentation to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, registers, and supporting documentation.
- Support periodic reviews of internal controls and operational compliance.
- Assist with the monitoring of the company’s code of conduct and internal policies.
- Track corrective actions arising from audits, reviews, investigations, or compliance assessments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect information required for compliance reviews.
- Support risk assessments and maintain risk and compliance tracking tools.
- Assist with the review of supplier, contractor,
and third-party documentation when required.
- Prepare compliance reports, summaries, and management information.
- Support internal awareness and training activities related to ethics, conduct, and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive reports or internal information.
- Identify recurring compliance issues and recommend practical process improvements.
- Support internal and external audits by organizing requested documentation.
- Monitor deadlines related to compliance documentation, certifications, and required reviews.
- Escalate significant compliance concerns to the appropriate internal contact.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to governance, ethics, and internal controls.
- Perform other related responsibilities required by the role.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, ethics, internal controls, governance, or a related field.
- Experience as a Compliance Analyst, Internal Control Analyst, Risk Analyst, Audit Analyst, or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of compliance processes, internal controls, policy administration, and risk monitoring.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, compliance platforms, document-management systems, or reporting tools is preferred.
- Technical or professional studies in Business Administration, Auditing, Accounting, Law, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field are preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
