HR MANAGER — HOTEL OPERATION IN AN EXTREME LOCATION

At regionaliza.me we are searching for a HR Manager for an international-standard hotel operation in southern Chile, structured around a seasonal model with on-site living arrangements.

We are looking for someone with:

- HR management experience in hospitality, cruise lines, or remote operations, with workforces of 300+ people.
- Full employee life-cycle ownership, with strong focus on high-volume recruitment, service-standards training, and operational continuity.
- Experience in extreme or isolated locations.
- Advanced English and working proficiency in Spanish.
- Genuine availability to live on-site during the operating season.
- A hands-on, multitasking profile with a track record in openings, seasonal operations, or high-pressure environments.
