ZTE Chile is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Santiago and lead the company’s financial operations.

We are looking for a professional with strong financial expertise, leadership skills, and experience working with international companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead finance planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes with shared finance center in China.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to local authorities, mainlly SII.
- Manage treasury Accounts Receivable (AR) with Chinese collection and sales financing team, and management Accounts Payable (AP) with AP team in China .
- Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and financial regulations, as well as ZTE group internal policies.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business and management decision-making.
- Lead and develop the Finance team and work closely with Commercial, Project, Procurement,



Legal, HR, and Administration teams.

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning, or Controlling.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial position within Finance.
- Experience working in a multinational environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Oracle ERP is desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency for regular communication with regional teams and Headquarters.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
