Bilingual Tour Guides — Antarctica Expedition Program (Santiago, Chile) | Seasonal, Nov–Apr

QN Travel is a network of locally rooted destination experts operating across Peru, Chile, and Ecuador. In Chile, we support a luxury expedition cruise client's Antarctica program with pre- and post-voyage land experiences in Santiago — and we're looking for bilingual guides to join the team for this season.

What you'd do

Lead German- or French-speaking travelers through Santiago and the surrounding region as they prepare for or return from their Antarctica voyage — coordinating logistics, drivers, and local suppliers, and giving guests a first (or last) real read on Chile.

Languages needed

- German (fluent) + solid English or Spanish for coordinating with local teams
- French (fluent) + solid English or Spanish for coordinating with local teams

What we're looking for

- Guiding, hospitality, or client-facing experience — comfortable managing groups from different cultures and expectations
- Strong communication and problem-solving under variable conditions (schedules, weather, outdoor logistics)




- Based in or able to work across the Región Metropolitana, with flexibility for irregular hours, local/regional travel, and occasional trips to other regions as needed
- A genuine interest in sustainable, responsible tourism — QN is a certified B Corp, and prior experience in community-based tourism or ecotourism is a plus
- Formal training in Tourism, Hospitality, or Languages is valued but not required

What we offer A season working with an international luxury travel client, close collaboration with a regional DMC network, and the chance to be part of guests' first and last impression of South America before and after their Antarctica voyage.
