We are on the hunt for a brilliant Social Media Data Analyst to join our team and work closely with our Strategy & Planning crew. In this role, you will be the ultimate data guru for over 13 Nestlé brands, driving decisions through actionable insights. We are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy professional who isn’t just obsessed with numbers, but who knows how to tell a compelling strategic story with them. What you’ll do
Lead the generation of data-driven insights to fuel strategic decision-making across +13 client brands.
Develop, automate, and present comprehensive social media reports (unifying both organic and paid performance) across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual timeframes.
Build and manage end-to-end custom dashboards for real-time tracking of KPIs, ensuring Project Managers and clients have a clear view of performance.




Execute deep-dive social listening and competitive benchmarking to uncover actionable strategic insights.
Translate complex data into concrete content guidelines and performance efficiencies for our creative teams.
Pioneer our AI capabilities by building, maintaining, and optimizing brand-specific AI agents within the WPP Open Hub (including data optimization, prompt engineering, and guardrail setup).
Seamlessly integrate Generative AI (Microsoft Copilot, Claude Opus) into your daily workflow to automate reporting, process data, and elevate client presentations.
Act as the main point of contact with the client’s internal Data team, managing platform permissions and strictly ensuring compliance protocols (especially regarding external app connections).
What you’ll need
Knowledge of Sprinklr.
Some experienc with Meta Business Suite for account management and data extraction.
Intermediate knowledge in tools like Power BI and Looker Studio.
